In a maneuver that will forevermore be known as the Duceppe Two-Step, Bloc Qubecois leader Gilles Duceppe entered the race for leader of the provincial Parti Quebecois only to withdraw less than 24 hours later.Duceppe explained his error away as 'a mistake'. Rather like his support for sovereignty.
