Yes, that whole darn thing about humans being more than their pretty or non-pretty skins does get in the way sometimes, doesn't it?
It's nothing to do with pretty. It has to do with the corrosive power of myth.
"They all lived happily ever after..." is not the end of anything, but the beginning.
