Normally, I am so inured to advertising that I can pretty well ignore it. Hell, I have to; I'm so suggestible I'll be in line at the Shopper's Drug Mart with the box of maxi-pads even before I realise what I'm doing. Nevertheless, my photographer's eye snagged on this ingenious bit of business one day recently when I was already late for work.
So out came the camera, followed by this shot, which was itself followed by several blocks of speedwalking to make up for lost time. In fact, I was so worried I'd be late for work, I could have used some Purex.
